Went a little off yesterday and sunday. I've been fasting every other day, eating lightly in between. Fasting is not so bad. I actually kind of like it. I get really really hungry for a while, then it goes away. drinking lots of water helps. Anyway, I went off but still holding steady, which is good. I would like to go down, but steady is better than up, right?
bad time of year. mom has been gone a year. hard to believe. holidays are no fun.
