well, probably not, but close. DD birthday is later this week and we are trying to make preparation for that. I hope it's fun for her. she has been asking a great deal about Granny lately, if we can see her, where she is etc. this morning she came in our bed and started pinching my boobs, and then asked me if Granny was going to come and pick her up in the white car. I told her no, that when Granny died she left a note that she wanted the white car to go to UM. then she asked..is the white car in heaven? I wonder how it must be for her, struggling to understand all these abstract things heaven, death, God, etc. we looked at what she calls her "granny book" last night before bed, and then she looked at it this morning.
The granny book was actually a gift from DC. She does scrapbooking and she's really good. she did a picture board for mom's funeral, then put all the pics in an album and gave it to us for Christmas. I probably don't thank people enough for the things they do for us, so in case I didn't, Thank you sooo much, D for the Granny book. It really helps DD when she wants to "visit" granny.
ok starting to cry now...moving on.
As I said, Halloween was really fun. DH and I dressed up silly..but we were the only parents who did...no fun. he worte more extensively about it in his blog...but he uses names and scares me (I'm pedophile paranoid...thats why no names and no pictures.) I even turned away one kid, about 13 or 14, who wasn't dressed up. I asked what he was and he said "just me..I'm the scariest thing in the world." I shook my head no, and as I went to put some candy in his friends bag, who actually had taken the time and effort to put on a costume, the little shit tried to stick his bag under his friends candy. I said...you'll have to get a little more creative than that...no costume no candy. I mean, seriously. The fun of halloween is getting dressed up! It's the one time of year you can look like a total ass and no one can say a word. I don't even ask that much...even just a smear of shoe polish on your face could be considered a costume. you don't have to spend money, just time. He could even have gone the Wednesday Addams route (Im a homicidal maniac..they loook just like everybody else) and I would have been willing to part with a twizzler. DD costume..we spent about 6 dollars, for shoes and glitter (she was Dorothy) and everything else we had lying around. DS was an old costume of DD's. but I digress...all this is to say I ain't runnin a candy charity, and if you are so self centered to think you are too good to dress up, but still expect to be rewarded with candy, just get off my stoop. he went over and told his mom, and I steeled myself for a confrontation, but I guess she understood cause she didn't come over and try to whup my ayus. that is the one good thing about being so big..people are a little more reluctant to F**K with me.
so anyway, I ran out of candy in about 15 minutes, and had to turn several people away. sorry kids..I'l buy more next year when I have a job or some money or something.
well I guess I had more to say than I thought...till next time
weight holding steady, better than going up.
someday when I'm rich I'll have gastric bypass..and all my hair will fall out
bye
