I went to the Y yesterday and did a little cardio. I didn't get there till after one, so I didn't have a lot of time before the nursery closed. Today I'm doing laundry and cleaning the house up. I keep smelling coffee. when I was making coffee this morning I lost control of the spoon (damn carpal tunnel!!!) and scraped a big wad of dry coffee right into my bra. MMMM. I'm good. Surpirsingly, however, my carpal tunnel is a great deal better. it still hurts in the morning, and my fingers still go numb when I drive, but it doesn't hurt nearly as bad as it did. I think it's the exercise. It started getting a little worse when I didn't go work out all last week.
well, I'm still fat. I feel a little slimmer, but my weight is up AGAIN. however, my BFP is down. I ate a lot of crap food over the weekend, so the gain is not surprising, coupled with the fact I have not been drinking near enough water. I'm gonna do a body flush today.
I'm trying to get things taken care of. Sometimes I get bogged down, especially since the government told me last week if I want to lose weight I have to exercise for 90 minutes EVERY SINGLE DAMN DAY. That seems daunting to me. I'm trying to take it a little at a time, tell myself that anything in the exercise department is better than nothing, but sometimes it seems I'll never lose this weight. I feel I can never eat as little or exercise as much as I need to. Hopefully I can keep my momentum.
