back on the planet again..took a bath and feel much better. have decided to do cleansing three day fast. so far today have had only water and feel ok. I was just wondering how long it takes when fasting for your body to start to eat itself? I also did a pilates workout before bath. not so great on the floor part. I do fine with the standing, but it hurts my back so badly to lie on the floor that I have to put two couch cushions together to lie on, and I don't know if that negates the benefit...oh well exercise is exercise. wonder though if any medical professionals can weigh in on this (pun not intended, but noticed and left there so I guess it is now intended...) why I can't lie on the floor or any hard surface on my back without excruciating agony? when I do it feels like there are two little bitty spurs of bone poking into the ground and trying to burst through my skin. it has been this way since DD was born...it severely hampers my ability to do stomach reducing floor exercise. I wonder if it will go away as I lose weight and tighten my abs again, or if it is permanent and will always hurt.
almost forgot, today is 1st cousins daughter (so 2nd cousin?) birthday...she is 2 and gorgeous. my little ones birthday is the 26th. so is my other cousins daughter..she is exactly one year older than DS. we have a lot of that in our family. (shared birthdays..and cousins come to think of it.)
so while soaking in the tub and feeling head clear from lack of food-related anxiety, I began mentally making a list of reasons we should and should not go to NC again.

will be far away from family (some family, not all, that we will be glad to be away from)
will be close to good friends
job security
close to beach
real estate very cheap
no homes hanging off side of hill,
all yards flat
young population
close to city (no need to drive 40 minutes to get to the store)
Lowe's foods
everyone will have to drive past my house to get to myrtle beach
Cons
will have to get up and go to job
Hot as blue fuck in the summer, no snow in winter
some very stupid people (but also here)
will be far away from family (hope you get that)
close to hurricanes
No one will stop at my house on their way to Myrtle Beach .
holiday fights will once again ensue and possibly become marriage threatening
water cheap, electricity not
till later
